OK... folk who say they hate 'closed-mindedness', yet when they disagree with someone's opinion, they too are showing closed minds if they refuse to acknowledge that the other person could be right, right?

I look at it as a willingness to not just disregard anothers thoughts or opinions but to listen and not be judgmental. Not necessarily to loose any part of ones own convictions.

I have acquaintances who say that if you disagree with them on any level it is because you are closed minded and can't see their side of an issue. They claim that you only "know" what someone else has taught you instead of reasoning and thinking for yourself. They don't allow for you to have your own opinion if it doesn't agree with theirs.

great stuff...I took a look through some early journals and have laughed out loud from start to finish...the thing is, some folk are just so damnably unrelenting in their ingratitude.

Anyway, I came up with this conclusion - VR is awesome, the morons are stupid. Nuf said.

I swear that I already did make a same comment here. and magickly it isn't here.

I am sure in a century's time that the people would use the word "you's". Times do change. Just a quick comment to make. Back when your grandparents were a child, I am sure that they did not know-have the kind of words that people used in today's times.

I thought that "there" was referring to object/place and "their" was referring to people.

Also, there is a differents in "then" and "than". Bloody hell. It's all so confussing for me.
